Putting the Attendee in the Spotlight<\/strong><\/h1>\n

One of the things we pride ourselves at Switch is our\u00a0ability to partner with other creative agencies and internal marketing teams of our clients.\u00a0For TOKY\u2019s trade show client, Ambetter Health, Switch partnered with two creative teams to turn a strong brand point of view into a physical experience built to stop traffic and start conversations. How can we illustrate that healthcare is a personal choice in a memorable way? The result: a booth that felt unmistakably bold, on brand, welcoming, and designed for real human interaction.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

For the 2026 SHRM Conference (Society for Human Resource Management), TOKY, Ambetter, and Switch designed a booth experience where attendees built a custom mini-fig in the center of the booth while they learned about the perks of customizable healthcare plans. But that\u2019s not all. Attendees could then take those mini versions of themselves and stage them in Instagrammable moments that were built specifically for this audience. These mini scenes included viral memes like the dumpster fire, vacation getaways, and other unique escapes that transported attendees and provided a unique photo moment they could take home. The booth ended up bringing in over 25k attendees with 3,500 mini-figs built and over 900 leads. It shows that a little bit of personalization can go a long way.<\/p>\n
