Operations + Logistics
Recently, we designed and executed a large activation at SXSW for Sparkling Ice that invited consumers to dive deeper into the ingredients by appealing to their senses and encouraging engagement with a fun, bubble-inspired activity. Sparkling Ice joins a growing list of some of our favorites in the field.
Event Management + Training
Switch created The Fitness Education Team to recruit and staff lifestyle influencers to sample Muscle Milk on college campuses. We handled all of the program logistics including vehicle & event sourcing and extensive hiring & training. The program was deployed at more than 50 campuses and helped Muscle Milk see a 600% increase in sales.
Data Collection + Reporting
Okapi is our premier cloud-based software for data collection. It allows us to measure, monitor, and manage field data, surveys, and supporting documentation across multiple events, locations, and campaigns. Working with both B2B and B2C brands, okapi collects data from brand ambassadors for quick reporting and decision making.
Immersive Experiences + Storytelling
Effectively communicating a brand’s story is a skill we take great pride in. With The Brewmaster Tour, we took the Anheuser-Busch brewing process on the road for consumers to learn first-hand everything that goes into Budweiser. It resulted in an educational and engaging experience for beer fans.
Product Launches + Reintroductions
Switch reintroduced Timberland Workwear to the market by getting in front of workers who would benefit from the line’s comfort and durability. Brand ambassadors went to 20 job sites in 11 markets with branded trucks & trailers and on-site activities. It led to 5,000 product trials & giveaways and 300 direct store purchases.
Design + Fabrication
At the Wanderlust Festival, we built a custom 10’x10’ pop-up for Kite Hill that showcased the brand’s identity with an eye-catching design. The white tile and marble countertop created a uniquely branded space that let the food take center stage. In the end, over 2,000 samples were provided, and we received countless compliments on the booth design.
