2022 was another stellar year for Switch. We are so proud of the accomplishments we made as a company, providing superior services to our clients, both new and old. We acknowledge that these feats wouldn’t be possible without our outstanding employees, whose dedication and creativity make Switch what it is.
As a nod to our employees, we introduced the Legacy Leader Awards, three prestigious awards through our revitalized Rewards + Recognition program. Given out at the 2022 company holiday party, we presented these inaugural awards to four employees who show an exceptional level of continued contributions or a major contribution as defined by each award category.
Let’s meet our 2022 winners:
The President’s Award – Given to an employee who helps drive our brand by championing and advocating for the Switch community, the 2022 President’s Award was presented to Blake Eastwood.
Blake, Creative Director, was the brains behind our 2022 brand transformation. Through his strategic vision, he poured countless hours into this project to give Switch a new bold identity that more accurately represents the diverse portfolio of clients and industries we work with.
The John Nickel Award – This award is presented to an employee who demonstrates creativity and passion for our clients and their projects. The 2022 John Nickel Award was presented to Greg Duff.
Greg, Senior Project Manager, has been with Switch for over 20 years. Clients who have had the opportunity to work with Greg know that he pours his heart and soul into every project. He goes above and beyond to ensure client work is executed at the highest quality.
The Kevin Quigley Award – This award represents someone who is resourceful, organized, accountable and encourages professional growth and development. Selecting the recipient of this award was a challenge; it came down to two deserving individuals. In the end, we decided that the award had to be presented to both candidates: the 2022 Kevin Quigley Award was presented to April Hayes and Tom Eisenhauer.
April, VP, Project Management, has worn many hats at Switch since joining the company in 2000 She is a problem solver extraordinaire: no task is too big for her to tackle. Often overseeing large projects that have many moving parts, April is always prepared to adapt to any roadblocks that may pop up.
Tom, VP, Account Management, ensures that all projects are executed flawlessly, down to the smallest detail. His leadership and industry knowledge is invaluable to our organization.
