With more than 20 years of experience in event sales and production, Doug brings a powerhouse mix of strategic thinking, creative vision, and operational expertise to the team. Throughout his career, he’s helped design and execute some of the most recognizable fan experiences and live events in the industry, including the CMA Awards, CMA Fan Fest, NFL Draft, NASCAR Cup Series, NHL Fan Fest, and the ESPY Awards.

Doug has built his career around creating high-impact events that do more than just entertain, they drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and create long-term value for brands. From identifying new business opportunities to managing end-to-end event execution, he’s known for delivering experiences that leave a lasting impression.

As Director of Production Sales & Operations, Doug will help continue expanding Switch’s ability to bring bold ideas to life through immersive events, fabrication, production, and brand experiences. Doug’s experience and industry knowledge make him an incredible addition to the Switch team.
