At Switch, we value culture and creativity, and recognize and appreciate our team members. To honor and showcase each one, we present a monthly spotlight on an exceptional team member. These “Switch Spotlights” serve two purposes: first, to express gratitude to the individual, and secondly, to introduce others to the Switch Family engagingly and excitingly. For our inaugural spotlight, we shine the spotlight on Tisha Deney, a Prepress Artist and Imaging Specialist at Switch.

 Tisha, who joined Switch just five months ago, has quickly found a sense of belonging within the company. She describes the environment as “amazing” and expresses her gratitude for being paid to create work she loves and collaborate with her team, whom she considers a second family. Outside of Switch, Tisha explores new areas and engages in passion projects like puzzle building and taking her dog to new restaurants.

Her friends describe Tisha as fierce and intelligent, qualities that her team at Switch also admires. Tisha consistently goes above and beyond in her career and lives by the motto “never settle.” She recalls being told as a child that the sky is the limit, which inspires her to live life to the fullest in all aspects of her life.

Here are some fun facts about Tisha:

• As a child, she aspired to be either Rambo or Spiderman.
• She collected Barbies until she was 15 years old.
• Her greatest accomplishment at Switch so far is not dropping anything expensive.
